We provide full-service property maintenance and construction across Long Island and NYC — from quick repairs for property managers to complete residential renovations. Our team combines trade expertise with the insight to solve both obvious and hidden issues.

MEET THE FOUNDERS
Premier Property Maintenance & Construction was founded by three professionals from distinctly different backgrounds, each bringing a unique perspective to the business of building, maintaining, and improving residential and commercial properties across Long Island and New York City.
Jake began his career working for one of Long Island’s largest general contractors, managing major projects that included a 220-unit apartment complex, a 100,000-square-foot commercial headquarters in Farmingdale, and numerous multi-million-dollar builds across the region. He later founded Alpine Home Improvement, a company that focused on residential and commercial renovations, property maintenance for apartments and co-ops, and the transformation of kitchens, bathrooms, and storefronts. Jake brings a high-level understanding of large-scale project coordination with a hands-on approach to every detail.
Phil came from the world of financial services, where he helped clients plan for their futures. But over time, his values shifted — he wanted to work in an industry where the benefits were tangible, and the impact immediate. In 2016, he founded Global Mold Solutions and has since spent nearly a decade helping families live healthier, safer lives through environmental remediation. With a degree from Stony Brook and years of experience across residential and commercial real estate, Phil brings both compassion and precision to every project.
Tom holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova and began his construction management career overseeing high-profile renovations across Manhattan and the boroughs. One of his most complex projects — 589 5th Avenue — remains a standout achievement. He later co-founded Faulhaber Construction, delivering retail, commercial, and residential projects across the tri-state area. Now based on Long Island with his wife Susan, a licensed architect, Tom adds deep technical expertise and design collaboration to the firm. He is also a licensed home inspector and an experienced mold and air quality consultant.
Together, the team behind Premier Property Maintenance & Construction combines decades of experience across finance, construction, design, and inspection. Whether it’s a small repair, a property portfolio that needs ongoing maintenance, or a large-scale renovation — they treat every job with the same professionalism, urgency, and respect.
