We are licensed, holding a NYC Home Improvement Contractors license. We carry general liability insurance suitable for everything from single family homes to high rise apartment buildings. Our technicians are IICRC certified, licensed NYS lead paint renovators, as well as licensed NYS Mold Remediation contractors.

We are managed by a crew with over 60 years in combined experience across all areas of construction and restoration. With an emphasis on clean work, containing work areas, top notch fit and finish, and an open line of communication, we try and reduce as much of the stress associated with large construction projects as possible.

We accept all major credit cards, checks and wire transfers. Financing for eligible customers may be available.

We offer all of the same services advertised in Nassau and Suffolk County.

We are equipped to handle commercial projects, small or large.

We are suited to work for residential and commercial property management companies. We follow all state and county protocols and regulations.
